As the UFC continues these region heavy cards, they keep delivering! UFC Noche was an amazing card with a less than amazing outcome to it's main event, so let's get into it. We start things off by discussing the main event that saw an amazing back and forth fight between champion, Alexa Grasso and former champion, Valentina Shevchenko. The fight ended in a Split Draw, so Grasso retained her title but the score cards left alot to be desired. We spend some time talking about where the UFC should go from here in terms of booking a rematch or moving another contender a shot at Grasso. From there we give a full RECAP of the rest of the UFC Noche card. Included is plenty of talk about co-main that saw JDM defeating Holland, the huge performance by Raul Rosas jr, and much more. The only thing that's promised in the world of MMA is that you never really know, with 100% certainty, who will win. But this is also why the sport is so amazing! Let's jump right into this episode because we cover a lot just within the main event. We start off talking about the performance by Sean Strickland as he soundly defeated Israel Adesanya 4 rounds to 1, to now be the new middleweight champion. With that we obviously have to talk about what could and should be next for Strickland, and even for Izzy. The division is now wide open and there are multiple storylines to follow. We next talk about the co-main that saw Alexander Volkov dominate Tai Tuivasa on route to an Ezekiel Choke finish! With that, we talk about his options as he is on a winning streak and wants to make one last title run. Then we wrap up our recap by moving through the rest of the UFC 293 main card and some of the prelim results. Next we give our picks/predictions for this coming saturday's Noche UFC card. This Mexican Independence Day card will be headlined by Alexa Grasso and Valentina Shevchenko and co-main will be Kevin Holland verse Jack Della Maddalena. Episode 149: UFC France RECAP | UFC X NFL Crossover Rosters | What Does PFL Purchase Mean For The Future Of MMA?

We hope everyone had a great Labor Day weekend, we got a fun episode so let's get to it! We start things off by giving our reactions to Cyril Gane and his near perfect TKO victory over Serghei Spivac. We also speak on what this win could mean for Cyril as the heavyweight division now has a sort of log jam at the top. We then give our thoughts on Manon Fiorot as she picked up a victory over Rose Namajunas. Similar to the heavy weight issue with contenders at the top, she now will look to state her case over Erin Blanchfield on who should get the next title shot. We finish up UFC France by recapping the rest of the main card and some of the prelim results. From there we move into a fun segment that we like to do before the NFL season starts. In it we give a scouting report break down of skills and traits that are looked for in different football positions. With that info we choose different fighters in the UFC that have a skill or trait that is comparable. It's super fun and always leads to some interesting choices. Next we give our picks and predictions for this coming saturday's UFC London card. This card is headlined by the return of heavyweight contender #5 Tom Aspinall as he faces #10 Marcin Tybura.
