Today's Mat Talk is truly an incredible and inspiring story. We sat down with our friend and pro MMA fighter James Shaffer. James takes us through his very troubling past which included a very rough home life, using and selling drugs as a teen, and 2 prison stints. Through all the adversity and set backs James has found a way to completely transform his life. Using his platform as a fighter he is now eager to help make a change in those struggling the same way he did. We believe a lot of people will find strength and hope through Jame's story. We can't thank him enough for his time and for his willingness to speak so openly and freely. Enjoy!
